Myth Behind Itching Nose

free online music, sound and video, royalty free for your productions

The main problem when you want to make a short home video with your friends, it can not legally put it on the Internet by the simple fact that most of us like to include songs, especially given our limited resources because no we can compose our own music or paying someone to do, which makes us use third party music, which of course have not given us your consent (from Bisbal to Prodigy) and implies that if we caught on video delete it in the best, or denounce us at worst.

With so much controversy caused by the major labels against piracy and abuse of these on copyright, started a FREE music movement (free does not mean free), and many unknown authors began to offer their work with restrictions gentle enough for people to use their songs on their projects.

This article today is dedicated to collecting sites that offer music that can be downloaded free of charge to the delight of our ears, and many of them give us permission to use it for our creations. Add that you will notice that most are for noncommercial use, ie for the amateur level is going to make videos and short to hang on youtube, and no similar problems, yet whether the use of songs beyond, we will contact the author to ask for your consent (and of course if we win a prize unless they send a message saying that your song is included in a video award). The only requirement in general, is at the end of the video in the credits, to mention the song and its author. Music

Jamendo
A great French site, where you can find music from multiple genres, and an option to search the songs by type of license (free to use, non-commercial ...). You'll find mostly non-vocal music and French but groups are English, English, German ... In fact jamendo certifies that goes between 2 and 8 € per song (do not think anyone will die to pay that.) € 2 for short, 4 for advertising and TV, movies and 6 to 8 for web pages, all other prices are not interested (toys, video games, on hold ...).

Owlmm
With the slogan "use your music to find new music" was born this curious idea. This page has the characteristic of that from your computer will send an mp3 song and the page will look in its database (which combines 3 major portals including Jamendo) a list of songs that look like this and that copyright let you use for your videos (more than one you know is the drool fall to read it).

Podsafeaudio
multitude of music with Creative Commons license , the page is not very clear in principle, must register, and at first I did not find the license, which identifies songs (do not use songs that never specify what kind of license used.)
